Ark: Survival Evolved- Base Design and Tour- VaulTech Base

The BOSS is back, this time bringing you a tour of his new base design.  This base focuses on using building methods for defense instead of auto turrets.  While auto turrets are incorporated in this design, they play a secondary role in base defense.  This build includes the idea of building a metal dino garage as a substitute for a metal gate perimeter, due to the extremely high cost of metal behemoth gates.  So far this method has proven to be both a cheaper and better strategic choice than the alternatives, since the dino garage keeps key dinos completely enclosed and protected from air attacks.  The only downside to a dino garage is that as a tribe grows and tames more dinos, some of the less essential dinos must eventually be stored outside of the garage.  The important crafting stations needed to survive and thrive in Ark are protected by being sealed behind metal walls, making looting the base very expensive.  In addition the entire metal base has been surrounded and covered by vaults, which inspired the tribe name VaulTech.  This design provides a tribe with ample storage, and a very stout defense.
